Women in STEM Campaign 2021 looked at empowering, encouraging and educating women & girls to pursue STEM careers whilst aiming to raise awareness of the challenges facing women in STEM sectors: highlighting the opportunities available, discussing barriers to entry, showcasing role models from within the industry and challenging stereotypes of traditionally male dominated industries and featured insightful content from Engineers Ireland, Science Foundation Ireland, BioPharmaChem Ireland, Connecting Women in Technology, Back to Work Connect, Irish MedTech Association, 30% Club, Jacobs Engineering, Bank of Ireland, University of Limerick, Bristol Myers Squibb, Cairn Homes, IT Sligo, GMIT, Letterkenny IT and the Technological University Transformation Fund (TUTF), Johnson & Johnson, Deliotte, PayPal, Logitech, Athlone Institute of Technology, Unum, Munster Technological University, Ericsson, Alcon Laboratories and Schneider Electric.
