The purpose of this document is to outline the quality management system (QMS) framework for UL professional service units.

Composite Report comparing and contrasting staff and student responses from focus groups run as part of the Student Evaluation and Learning Analytics (StELA) project. The StELA project was funded under the National Forum for the Enhancement of Teaching and Learning under the Strategic Alignment Teaching and Learning Enhancement (SATLE) fund. 

Final report and recommendations from StELA project. These findings support the creation of policy, the continued engagement of staff and students in building credibility in data and feedback mechanisms and the need to collect and present data that is accurate, understandable and easy to read.
