Under current Government and HSE advice there are no restrictions to any University activities due to COVID-19. All University teaching, research, social and sporting activities may proceed on campus, and UL is committed to ensuring that all students and staff are supported in having access to in-person engagement on campus.
Students: If you are in a vulnerable category, talk to your course/ module leader.
Staff: If you are in a vulnerable category, talk to your line manager.
In both instances, a request may be made that face-coverings are worn in multiple occupancy offices or in teaching or lab spaces to protect a vulnerable staff or student member present. Please respect and support any such requests to help protect more vulnerable members of our community
If you are travelling to Ireland from another country or internationally from Ireland, you should familiarise yourself with the advice from the Department of Foreign Affairs, paying particular attention to any travel advisories for your country of origin and your destination.
Communal sanitising stations will continue to be available in UL and hygiene protocols for all communal areas and toilets are in place.
