Join the UL St. Patrick’s Day Celebration!

Once again, UL is gearing up to make a vibrant appearance in the St. Patrick's Day parade in Limerick, and this year we are thrilled to extend an invitation to UL graduates. Join President Kerstin Mey as she leads our community through Limerick City with a stunning entry. The theme is ‘Energy’ and a fun-filled day is planned.

By participating, you will stand shoulder to shoulder with current students, marching proudly in the largest Community Cultural Event in Limerick City.

Following the parade, there will be an After-party in the Milk Market, complete with Traditional Irish music and dance, as well as refreshments for all participants. 

We invite you to take part in a day filled with fun and celebration, offering a chance to reconnect with fellow graduates, share experiences with current students and showcase the incredible diversity that defines our UL community.

Schedule St. Patrick’s Day, Sunday 17 March 

• 10:00  Meeting Point: ‘The Model National School’, O'Connell Avenue, Limerick (Costumes and Orientation, you will be provided with a free UL Alumni T-Shirt)
• 11:30  Assembly
• 12:00  Parade Commences
• 14:30  Limerick Milk Market Celebration
