The project ‘Teacher Learning Communities and Teacher Reflexivity' is a collaborative project between the School of Education, involving Dr. Timothy Murphy and Dr. Mary Masterson, and Thomond Community College (TCC), involving Mary O'Sullivan and John Corry as project participants.
Proposed research will explore existing literature surrounding teacher reflexivity and will engage teachers at TCC with a view to maximising the potential for teacher criticality-reflexivity as part of the TLC process.
This initiative builds on existing European funded research between the School of Education and TCC on Teacher Well-being.
