What we do

We provide comprehensive leadership development programs that promote regenerative, humanistic, and responsive leadership, while fostering a culture of inclusive, experiential and innovative leadership practices with a specific focus on improving learner outcomes and well-being.

Objectives

  • Develop a range of leadership development programs that meet the needs of aspiring and experienced leaders across the leadership continuum, including teacher leaders, system leaders, middle leaders, and senior leaders.

  • Embed cutting-edge research into the design and delivery of leadership development programs.

  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth among participants by using reflective practice, active learning, collaborative learning, coaching and mentoring, sustainable practices, and alignment with professional standards.

  • Build a diverse and inclusive community of practice that supports ongoing learning and collaboration among educational leaders.

  • Cultivate relationships with stakeholders at all levels of education, including teachers, school administrators, policymakers, community leaders, and other relevant stakeholders, to ensure that leadership development programs are responsive to the needs of the broader educational community.

  • Continuously evaluate and refine leadership development programs to ensure that they are effective and aligned with the centre's mission and vision.
