Garry Warren
Garry is as an R+D Technician with a background in tool making, die casting and R+D.
He has in excess of ten years’ experience working with Principle Investigators at the University of Limerick to support research projects. Prior to joining UL he spent over twenty years working in industry in different engineering fields.
Currently he aids and assists the MOASIC team and molecular nano materials research by building bespoke test fixtures, managing equipment, experiments and delivering processes training.
His research Interests include sintering. furnaces and Spark Plasma sintering including metals, ceramics and polymers, hot metal rolling, wire drawing, toolmaking, machine building/design/debugging, screen printing, injection moulding of 3D printed moulds, high speed CNC machining, Micro machining for micro fluidics.
