UL Global undertook its latest Quality Review in September 2015, under the structured Quality Review Process for Support Departments. Our Quality Management System is a set of defined policies and procedures that outline how our division conducts its business and provides wide-ranging customer service. UL Global continues to review and improve our service and engagement. An Interdepartmental Audit was held in October 2021 (see schedule) in preparation for our upcoming formal Quality Review in May 2022. Our annual QMS Audit for 2022 is also scheduled.
