Our next AHSS PhD Development Session is on ‘Preparing an Academic Poster using Canva. This workshop will take place on Wednesday, 24 April 2024 at 11am in the Kate O’Brien Room, C1-079.
Cathal Kennedy, a Co-op student working on Digital Skills design will give the workshop which will be tailored for AHSS postgraduates. Tips and tricks for using Canva effectively will be explored. It will focus on Canva for poster design for the UL Postgraduate Conference. The session will start with theory including visual, colour, and textual hierarchy. Following that, examples of effective poster designs will be reviewed.
You are all very welcome to attend. It is also a great place to meet other AHSS Researchers and build on our AHSS PG community.
