AI Awards 2019

AI Ireland is a non-profit community devoted to promoting AI in Ireland. AI Ireland through the use of AI Awards aims to increase public awareness of artificial intelligence (AI) and bring academia and industry together to showcase the excellent work done on the island of Ireland.

Following on from the success of the 2018 AI Awards, the 2019 Awards were held today with our very own Ciaran O’Mara (E&CE graduate) currently pursuing a Ph.D. as part of the SFI CRT Foundations of Data Science won “Best Application of AI in a Student Project” in the Gibson Hotel, this morning. E&CE are very proud of this achievement and are sure this is only the beginning for Ciaran.
