BiographyDr Mary Curtin is an Assistant Professor with the Work and Employment Studies Department of the Kemmy Business School. Mary graduated with a first class honours degree in Law and Accounting in 2019 and a PhD from the University of Limerick in 2023. Mary completed her multidisciplinary PhD with the Kemmy Business School and the School of Law. Her research focus is on the gender asset gap in the agricultural sector. Mary is involved with the delivery of cross institutional career development programmes funded by the HEA Gender Equality Enhancement fund. Mary lectures in Employment relations and Human Resource Management.

Received a President's letter for every semester of exams in university. These letters commend academic excellence and are awarded because of exceptional results.'
