Research Interests
My interests are driven by a systems thinking and design thinking approach to research in entrepreneurship and innovation. My work aims to place design and systems thinking as essential tools to aid in creating a learning posture that connects teaching, research, and practice to better tackle wicked problems in society. A posture of learning is the state of curiosity, openness, and desire to understand that designers should enter in order to connect with a problem and context so that bespoke designed solutions can be created. My transdisciplinary research combines insights from design science, systems dynamics, organizational learning, social psychology, management studies, and social justice.
