Research Interests

My research interests lie in the areas of criminalisation and regulatory crime. I am interested in all areas relating to the criminalisation, particularly in relation to regulatory offences. More specifically, my research looks at the justifications for invoking criminal law sanctions in non-traditional areas, and the practical implications of criminalising such wrongdoing.
