Dr. John Walsh

Research Interests

I research in the Knowledge Management domain. I have published on the following themes:

(1) How knowledge management concepts can be applied to high-tech service firms.

(2) How 'third sector' not-for-profit organisations manage knowledge as a corporate resource.

I am currently investigating the application of business intelligence analytics techniques in analysing student data generated by Virtual Learning Environments.
