The 3 – 7 December saw UL’s inaugural Research Week take place across campus. The programme involved 24 events from seminars, to panel discussions, networking sessions to workshops, which involved over 730 registered attendees across all faculties. The events covered a wide range of themes: publishing, open science, communication, research integrity, a creative showcase and career development. There was a full day symposium on identity and justice run by the faculty of arts, humanities and social sciences, the Bernal Institute held their Annual Research Day, the Kemmy Business School organised a series of stimulating seminars and the Health Research Institute held a full day research showcase. Next year’s Research Week will be held between 2-6 December and those interested in getting involved should contact and all suggestions on how the week can be improved sent through our quick survey
