Biography
Mr. Cian O'Shea is a Ph.D. candidate in Economics at the Kemmy Business School, University of Limerick. His research focuses on public sector economics and examines the policy issues and performance of Public-Private Partnerships in Ireland. He is a member of the Privatisation and PPPs Research Group (P4) research group based in Kemmy Business School and has authored a number of publications on the use of PPPs in Ireland's education sector.Cian is a committed and experienced teacher. He has previously worked as a Teaching Assistant in the Department of Economics. He has taught a range of modules in UL, from introductory economics to applied data analysis and econometrics.
Cian holds an MSc in Economic Analysis and a BA from the University of Limerick.
