PhD Summary
My research assessed physical activity in university students in the United Arab Emirates.  The research involved developing and psychometrically assessing Arabic language physical activity and sedentary behaviour questionnaires; assessing physical activity, sedentary behaviour and wellbeing in Emirati university students; assessing barriers to and enablers of physical activity in female Emirati university students; and conducting research to form the basis for the development of culturally appropriate physical activity interventions.
