Movement and Skill Acquisition Ireland Inaugural Conference – APRIL 2018

Movement and Skill Acquisition Ireland seeks to provide a forum for academics, coaches and sport scientists to interact with a view to increasing the profile and impact of research into skill acquisition and sports expertise.

The theme of the conference is applying constraints-based coaching and ecological dynamics to enhance sports performance.

Tom Comyns - EHS Winner for the UL Excellence in Teaching Award

Congratulations to Dr. Tom Comyns (Lecturer in Human Movement Science in the Department of Physical Education and Sport Sciences), who has been selected as the EHS winner for the UL Excellence in Teaching award.

This is a wonderful achievement and reflects Tom’s commitment to teaching and his passion for his subject area. Tom will now go forward for the overall institutional award.
