Lower Limb Movement Analysis and Injury
The lower limbs support the human body and provide locomotion. The BRU aims to develop a knowledge base specifically focussed on the lower limbs, including gait analysis, ACL injury research and EMD and leg stiffness studies. Frequent collaboration with other divisions in the Health Science Department assists in expanding views and placing research outcomes in a context in sport as well as daily life.
