University of Limerick has won three awards at the 2025 Education Awards which recognise excellence in the third level education sector on the island of Ireland from both State and privately funded institutions.
The Awards ceremony took place in Dublin in early May.
UL beat stiff competition from across the country to be awarded:
- Best Student Campus
- Best Erasmus Programme
- Student Engagement and Communications Award - Academic Registry
Speaking about the awards, Acting UL President Professor Shane Kilcommins said: “I am particularly pleased by the fact that each of these awards is student focused, striving to offer our students the best of experiences on campus, during their time abroad, and in sharing information and communications related to their academic progression through UL.”
