Aidan Cafferky

Aidan has extensive Project Management experience with successful roles in several multi-national companies within the engineering/manufacturing environment. Over a diverse career Aidan has managed projects and programs at many organisational levels primarily in New Product Introduction, Productivity, Product transfers and in Supply Management. As a Procurement Program Manager for a large OEM Aidan leads multiple programs being responsible for achieving his organisations overall yearly goals, by working with cross-functional teams, in executing project implementation plans for productivity and continuous improvement projects.

Aidan holds an MSc in Project and Programme Management (1st Honours) and also has a National Certificate in Mechanical Engineering from Letterkenny IT. The combination of Aidan’s practical experience, skills as a communicator and empathy towards the student’s perspective are some of the reasons why Aidan is very suited to supporting our students in attaining their academic goal.

Lloyd Harnett

Lloyd has over 20 years’ experience working in revenue and IT management for the hospitality and travel industry. Lloyd has substantial experience in the development of revenue strategies, in addition to implementation projects for IT systems within the hotel industry. Lloyd currently leads a team of 10, sales, revenue and events managers and ensures that all projects are completed on schedule and within budget and delivered to the standards required of our 5* clients.

Lloyd holds a Masters in Project Management from UL, a Post Graduate Diploma in Computing and a Bachelor Degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management from Athlone IT. Having completed the online MSc in Project and Programme Management in 2012 Lloyd is ideally suited to supporting students in the achievement of Masters for Project Management qualification.
