How to Book a Group Study Room

• Rooms may be booked online.
• Please keep a copy of the confirmation email as you may be asked for this by security.
• Rooms can only be booked 1 day in advance.

Maximum booking period is 2 hours.

Regulations for Use

• These rooms cannot be used for recreation, private tuition, tutorials or scheduled teaching purposes.
• Students are requested to keep noise levels to a minimum.
• Library material should not be left in the rooms.
• Personal belongings should not be left unattended and must be removed upon vacating the room.
• Food or drink cannot be brought into the rooms. Any litter must be disposed of responsibly.
• The Library also operates a seating policy during busy periods.
