Summer services at the Glucksman Library
The Glucksman Library will remain open throughout the summer - please consult the library website for details of opening hours when planning your visit. If you wish to work collaboratively, the library offers a variety of rooms that students and staff/faculty can book in advance.
Renewing & returning library material
UL students are reminded to return or renew material that is or will become overdue shortly, especially students intending to graduate in the summer.
Any graduating or non-returning students should return library material as soon as possible to the library - you may return books on a drop & go basis at the library entrance. There are no fines on overdue books; however, you may not borrow books until you return overdue items.
Want to visit the Glucksman Library?
Visitors are welcome to apply for access to the building and may access the library's electronic resources, within the library. The library welcomes membership applications from individuals, alumni and organisations who have an ongoing need to access the Glucksman Library
Want to visit another library?
Students and researchers who need to access other libraries as part of their work can be facilitated through one of the cooperative schemes that the library operates with other academic libraries. Undergraduates, part-time and distance students can now apply for the SCONUL scheme too. Undergraduates will be able to use this scheme to access but not borrow from participating libraries.
