Access to NVivo and SPSS is now available via Topdesk
NVivo
NVivo is a qualitative software package capable of handling rich text records, freely edited and coded. NVivo allows for qualitative inquiry beyond coding and retrieval and was designed from the ground up to integrate coding with qualitative linking, shaping and modelling.
To download the latest NVivo Software and update/renew the license code follow the instructions below:
NVivo for Students
- go to https://ul.topdesk.net/
- login with your Student Computer Account
- select IT Services
- go to Software (Students)
- select NVIVO REQUEST
NVivo for Staff:
- Login with your Staff Computer Account
- go to Software (Staff)
- select Software Self-Service
- select Off campus install
- select NVivo Request.
SPSS
SPSS is a program used for advanced statistical analysis and offers a vast library of machine learning algorithms, text analysis, open source extensibility, integration with big data and seamless deployment into applications.
To download the latest SPSS Software, and update/renew the license code follow the instructions below:
- go to https://ul.topdesk.net/
- login with your Student Computer Account
- select IT Services
- go to Software (Students)
- select IBM SPSS REQUEST
