In line with recent increased restrictions and with a current surge in Covid the Glucksman Library will close access to the physical building at 5:15pm on Monday 11th January
Access to the library building will be restricted to click and collect & returns only - further details on these services to follow. There will be No Access to study within the library, during this period of closure.
- Ebooks – With access to over 450,000+ ebooks we encourage you to use ebooks and online articles for your assignments. For a reminder on how to access eBooks, watch this short video - remember to always go through the library to access the ebooks you need, going directly to a publisher like Bloomsbury won’t get you access to the ebook.
- Virtual library is available 24 hours a day to UL students and staff and are accessible from the library website - to access library resources remotely log in to the remote access service using your UL network ID and password.
- The Library’s Ask Us Knowledge Base contains helpful FAQs - If you can’t find an answer for your query you should submit your question here.
- All books you have on loan are automatically renewed and will not accrue fines - books can be returned at a later stage when the library resumes a physical service. If you are collecting books, you may return items into the ‘returns bin’ inside the library during Click&Collect times.
