Quality Management System

The Quality Management System (QMS) within the International Education Division was created in accordance with the University of Limerick’s Standard Framework for Support Departments (2006). Our Business and QMS processes outline how the Division carries out its objectives. Additionally, our Quality Policy, Customer Charter, and continued engagement with customer feedback demonstrate our commitment to continual improvement in delivering an efficient, professional and educational service to our customers and stakeholders, in line with achieving the University’s International goals.
