Morning Yoga Class

Join Yoga Instructor, Sara for some morning Yoga classes to get you set up for the day on both Tuesday April 20th and Thursday April 22nd @10am. These morning Yoga classes will help elevate your physical body to its peak performance, while calming and de-stressing the mind, also. Yoga has many benefits including: improved quality of sleep, improved flexibility, balance and breathing, and most of all, aids in destressing the body and mind so you are able to relax.
