TY student visits - ‘A Taste of University’

Twice annually, the Faculty of Education & Health Science run a two-day programme called ‘A Taste of University.’ During these two days, EHS welcomes 15 transition year (TY) students from a number of schools around the Mid-West. The TY students sit in on a variety of Education & Health Sciences lectures, from any of our Departments/Schools including School of Allied Health, School of Education, School of Medicine, Department of Nursing & Midwifery, Department of Psychology and Department of Physical Education & Sport Sciences.  The students also attend a careers talk given by the Cooperative Education & Careers Division and experience a campus tour which includes a tour of our impressive new Library.

This programme gives the students an idea of what it is like to attend the University of Limerick and can help with their CAO choices.
