The PDR discussion is a key tool in developing talent at UL. The purpose of this short briefing session is to provide an overview for all staff of the University's Performance and Development Review System and how best to approach your next review.
Please note that all staff should have had a Performance and Development Review (PDR) meeting within the twelve months leading up to 31st October.
NEW MEMBERS OF STAFF are required to attend a Short Workshop (PDR Reviewee) which will introduce you to the system as it operates in UL.
The purpose of the workshop is to align with the University/Faculty/Team/Division/Individual objectives.
