Course Overview

The purpose of this course is to provide an overview of the University's Performance and Development Review System (PDRS).

Presenter Bio

Mary has worked as an Executive Coach and Management and Training consultant for over 20 years.  During this time Mary has worked with staff at every level, in all types of organisations, in both the public and private sector, working with people to create meaningful and long-lasting change.  Mary has provided training solutions to most of the university sector for over 15 years.  Mary’s vision is to deliver innovative, practical training interventions to people in a way that will make a real difference to the participants and their organizations.  
Mary has a lifelong interest in the development of human performance excellence. Her work is focused on supporting people to enhance their performance through improved self-awareness and emotional intelligence.

Mary is very pragmatic in her approach and ensures that she provides people with tools and strategies that they can use in their workplaces.  

Mary has completed an MBA with the Open University and an MA in Psychotherapy with Nottingham University.  Mary has also lectured for a number of years at the University of Limerick and the Open University, Milton Keynes, on their distance learning programs. 
Mary is passionate about ensuring that all training she delivers will have a major positive impact on people’s professional and personal lives.
