Head of Department Training

HOD Training:

The purpose of this course is to provide a forum for new Heads to;

• Meet and share experiences about the role

• Discuss their views on the relative importance of the differing expectations people have of Heads

• Have an opportunity to gain further knowledge about different perspectives on leadership

• Gain further self- insight into their styles of leading, and

• Explore how to handle particularly difficult conversations which may arise.
