University of Limerick has secured funding under the national Springboard+ initiative to deliver a range of future-focused programmes for 2026, supporting learners to upskill and reskill in areas of strong employment demand.
Funded places have been awarded across a range of flexible, part-time programmes.
Springboard+ is a government-led initiative, co-funded by the European Union, offering 90-100% subsidised higher education opportunities for those seeking to enhance their skills or transition into new career areas.
UL’s 2026 offering includes programmes across key areas such as leadership, sustainability, and supply chain management, reflecting continued demand for skills in these sectors.
Programmes available this year include:
- Advanced Clinical Practice – Postgraduate Certificate
- Climate Adaptation and Sustainability – Professional Diploma
- Data Analytics – Professional Diploma
- Health and Safety – Professional Diploma
- Human Resource Management and the Digital Workplace - Higher Certificate
- Supply Chain Management – Certificate
- Sustainable Work – Professional Diploma
- Strategic Leadership – Professional Diploma
