*Adam Burke completed a degree in Psychology before using the skills and knowledge developed in the fitness industry where he was an International Trainer and Presenter and Regional Training Coordinator for UK & Ireland for global fitness provider Les Mills. Adam returned to education completing a Certificate in Sport Psychology as well as a Masters in Work & Organisational Psychology from University of Limerick. His career took him away from fitness and into working for social enterprises and public sector companies helping to create wellbeing strategies and supporting the development of learning environments. Currently the Learning & Development Consultant at Allianz Ireland where they are committed to being The Organisation That Learns. In 2022, Adam and his team have documented an average of 30hours of learning per employee.
