In this week's episode of Some Good News at UL, we tell you about the fantastic fundraising initiatives that are taking place around the county. We share some of the hilarious videos from Limerick GAA's fundraiser #hitthewoahformilfordhospice, we tell you about the gang of 14 people who walked 1 million steps in 24 hours in memory of their friend and how one group of UL ads decided to walk 150km each for Pieta House.

You'll hear about the fantastic work being carried out by members of Sliabh Feidhlim singers, Cappamore ICA and Murroe Church Choir. So far, these knitting enthusiasts have crocheted over 300 face mask straps to front line workers, brothers of charity and breast cancer survivors around Limerick.

Keeping on the theme of health, we tell you about the gold medal awarded to Limerick Comhairle na nÓg for their anti-smoking campaign. They're asking people not to light up a cigarette or vape when in the presence of young people with a simple slogan "Not Around Us".

And finally, we share with you a video of dolphins making their way from the Shannon Bridge to the Shannon estuary. Welcome to Limerick fellow mammals!
