A series of podcasts from the 'OS200 - the world behind the maps'  event is now available. This series features podcasts by Professor David Fleming (UL), Dr Niamh NicGhabhann Coleman (UL), Dr Joseph Curran (Maynooth University), Rebecca O'Regan (UL), and Dr Jay Roszman (UCC). The podcasts explore the urban and rural worlds of pre-Famine Ireland mapped and recorded on the first Ordnance Survey map of Ireland. This resource is part of the OS200 project, led by Dr Cat Porter at UL (School of History and Geography), and Professor Keith Lilley at QUB. The podcasts were recorded and edited by Real Smart Media.
