EILEEN HOFFLER
Community Facilitator

Prior to joining UL, Eileen was CEO of SERVE, a development and volunteering organisation committed to tackling poverty in the majority world. SERVE works in solidarity, service and partnership with marginalised and oppressed communities, empowering them to tackle the root causes of poverty and injustice. Prior to joining SERVE, Eileen spent 18 years working with the Society of St Vincent de Paul. Eileen has also volunteered with a variety of organisations including the ISPCC, SVP and Fair Trade Ireland. She has extensive experience in organisational leadership, policy development, monitoring and evaluating volunteer run projects and is committed to facilitating person centred sustainable change.

MARIA HEALY
Impact Officer

Maria is the Impact Officer for the UL Meitheal programme. She has a background in sustainable development within the charitable sector and has years of experience in administration, logistics, project and event management. As the impact officer Maria provides administrative support to the delivery of the UL Meitheal and the UL K4C projects in order to support impact assessment and evaluation.

TRACEY GLEESON
Senior Administrator

Tracey has worked for many years within the NGO and academic sectors in Ireland.  She worked with the Irish Peace Institute, Co-operation Ireland and the Centre for International Co-operation on cross-border and cross-community national and international projects.  In 2016 she 
was appointed to the newly established UL Engage office supporting University/community collaborations through a variety of programmes and projects both at a local and national level.  In 2019 she was Senior Co-ordinator of the Limerick Inside Out International Practica providing an experiential learning experience for students.

NIAMH O'SULLIVAN
Executive Administrator – Primary School Access Coordinator

Niamh has recently joined the Access Office and Meitheal programme as UL’s first Primary School Access Coordinator. She has worked in UL for 15 years supporting research, teaching and central student services. Her focus for the majority of this time has been on securing placements nationally on teacher education and medicine programmes. Her primary areas of interest are in change management, project management and the continuous improvement of systems and processes to support students, academics and community partners.
