Conference Fees
The registration fees for the AIESEP Specialist Seminar 2026 are presented in Brazilian Reais (BRL), with approximate conversions to Euros (EUR) and US Dollars (USD) provided for reference.
Please note that exchange rates may vary at the time of payment, and final amounts may differ slightly depending on currency fluctuations.
The registration categories are structured to ensure accessibility for participants from different economic contexts, including reduced fees for delegates and students from Low GDP countries, according to AIESEP criteria.
All full-delegate registrations include access to the full scientific program, as well as catering services during the event (2 lunches and 2 coffee breaks).
Accommodation, transportation, and other personal expenses are not included in the registration fee.
We strongly recommend early registration and accommodation booking, as availability may be limited due to the size and format of the seminar.
