PEPAYS Ireland Forum 2026
The 2026 PEAPYS Ireland Forum takes place in DCU on the 12th June 2026 from 9am-3:30pm.
The Scientific Committee is delighted to launch the call for abstracts for this year's Forum. The deadline for abstract submission via the link below or QR code on the poster attached is Friday, 10th April.

By submitting an abstract, you agree and confirm the following:
If your abstract is accepted, the presenting author will register and attend the Forum
If you have not registered by the final date, your abstract will be removed from the programme
Your abstract contains original material neither published nor presented elsewhere before the Forum. If this is not the case, disclosure of previous publication/presentation information is required.
Submission dates:
The deadline for submission is the 10th of April 2026
Types of Presentation:
Oral Presentation (12 minutes, with a further 3 minutes allocated for questions)
Lightening Talk (2 minutes - 1 slide maximum)
Workshop or Symposium - this allows for a flexible proposal including multiple authors within the specific topic of the Forum: 30 mins to one hour; please feel free to email Maeve.a.murray@dcu.ie, niamh.boylan@dcu.ie or Cillian.brennan@dcu.ie to discuss your proposal before submission.
Notification of acceptance:
You will be notified of acceptance via email by the 8th of May 2026. Any further information will be sent via email to the presenting author.
Changes in presenting author:
The presenting author listed in the submission is responsible for delivering the corresponding presentation if the abstract is accepted. If the said author is unable to attend the Forum, one of the co-authors may take their place. The new presenter must be listed in the co-author list and be registered for the Forum.
