Reporting to the EHS Executive Dean, the Faculty Manager has responsibility for the leadership and management of the Faculty’s administrative function. This involves the development of processes, procedures and systems critical to the assurance of academic and administrative quality.
The Faculty Manager is involved in policy formulation and ensuring that policies are implemented to University standards in the context of strategic planning, formal reporting, resource planning and budgeting and the broader HR function.
The Faculty Manager is a key Faculty interface with senior University staff and central services managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
The Faculty Manager is a member of the Faculty’s Senior Management Committee, Faculty Board and University Management Committee.
