Leadership in Health Professions Education Summer School

The School of Medicine is delighted to be hosting an online “Leadership in Health Professions Education” Summer School. This two-day online event explores key themes like Leadership Foundations, Systems Thinking, and Strategic Planning through interactive sessions with our international faculty, and upon completion, you will receive a CPD-accredited Certificate in Leadership in Health Professions Education. Please note that CPD is currently pending for this online programme. 

After this workshop, participants will be able to:

• Apply principles and theories of educational leadership in health professions education
• Develop strategic plans aligned with healthcare and educational needs
• Explore leadership approaches for HPE in both high-resource and fragile contexts
• Collaborate with peers internationally to share experiences and best practices
