CTL operates a supportive peer observation system designed to help you discover and explore different approaches to teaching within your discipline, using the structured assistance of a trusted peer. Peer observation is a voluntary system of professional support that can help teachers at any stage in their career gain valuable insights about their teaching performance in a confidential, trusting and formative climate. This workshop will introduce you to the principles of peer observation and the peer observation network at UL. Those new to the network are encouraged to attend an information session/workshop where we will introduce you to the principles of peer observation and the peer observation network at UL. This information session takes place on Thursday 28 September, 11 a.m. to 12 midday, more details to follow. Online Register Here |
