Keogh Ryan Tierney

From the very beginning, ‘recruiting different’ has been part of our heritage. We know that to offer a service different from the larger branded companies, we need people who are different – so we work hard to recruit the kind of people we love to work with. People who strive for quality, who have the energy for excellence – but who are also fully-rounded individuals with passions and interests beyond their career. These multi-faceted people would find training contracts at larger firms restrictive and prohibitive – but they flourish in our kind of culture. We look for young trainees with ‘something else’ in their lives – be it sport, cultural activities or family – and find this always brings an added depth and dimension to our team. Young accountants of the future will be happy to hear that Keogh Ryan Tierney is on an accelerated growth path gaining new large audit clients of substance in the region. Happily, this creates opportunities for trainees to secure quality and varied experiences with us – as well as for promotion within the firm.
