Regional Customer Centre Invoice Audit Specialist Overview of Role: The scope of this role is to cover all the required deliverables associated with the specific invoice audit and rate card management as is assigned each member of the team. This includes validating shipment costs against the agreed rate card, ensuring prompt approval of invoices, managing and maintaining the DGF customer rate cards for air and ocean business, supporting all stations globally on new rate requests, managing the updates and distribution of rate cards, capturing daily shipment activity and adding to the customer billing reports and resolving any issues identified. Regional Customer Centre Logistics Planner Overview of Role: This role involves carrying out all specific Transport Planning and Transport Management functions to support the customer delivery requirements. This includes validating and/or monitors related shipment bookings until physical pick-up and during transportation, providing shipment status information, identifying exceptions and notifying resolving parties for resolution as well as creating relevant reports.
