Two thirds of female workers are more stressed as employee burnout looms in Ireland according to a new survey of 590 employees and business leaders in Ireland by Dr Sarah Kieran and Claire Harnett, Department of Work and Employment Studies at the Kemmy Business School, UL, on behalf of OMT Global, highlighting the stark reality for many employees and their organisations.
