Thinking of studying at UL? The Faculty of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences (AHSS) at the University of Limerick runs a series of events, visits and competitions for secondary school students. These events give a taster to students of the UL experience.

Upcoming Events

UL Journalism Taster  (February 2021, Exact Date TBD)

We welcome any 6th Year/Mature/QQI students interested in LM039 BA Journalism & Digital Communication. During this event you will hear from lecturers & students, learn about subject areas, career opportunities and facilities for UL’s journalism students.

AHSS TY Taster Day (1st December 2020, Virtual Event)

A chance for transition year students to sample subject areas within Arts, Humanities & Social Sciences

Bachelor of Arts For A Day (8th December 2020, Virtual Event)

Opportunity for 6th year/mature/QQI students to sit in on virtual classes on LM002 Bachelor of Arts & get an idea of which subjects they are interested in.
