Launch of John Liddy's Epic Poem 'Arias of Consolation'

Professor Eoin Devereux launched a new book by the Madrid based Limerick poet John Liddy.  Eoin has written a detailed introduction to the poem sequence in which he describes it as being the most important poem concerning Limerick since the publication of Michael Hogan's Drunken Thady and The Bishop's Lady.   Published by Revival Press,  the book features artwork by renowned artist John Shinnors.
