REPPP's Local Leadership Programme - supporting leaders to tackle 'wicked problems'

Dr Johnny Connolly, Helen Fitzgerald and Adeola Babatunde of the REPPP team recently facilitated the REPPP Local Leadership Programme with leaders, service providers, and policy makers in Limerick. Over three sessions focused on problem analysis and problem solving, the participants developed proposals in response to social issues in Newcastle West, Limerick, including issues relating to community safety and community engagement. The Local Leadership Programme is funded by the Department of Justice, Home Affairs and Migration and this most recent programme was a collaboration between Limerick City and County Council, John Moran Mayor of Limerick, CIRcUL - Centre for Implementation Research at UL, REPPP - University of Limerick and School of Law UL.
