Academic Registry are currently progressing a comprehensive Data Governance Model for its student records system to ensure effective governance of data.
The Data Governance Model includes a Data Governance Framework that establishes policies, procedures, roles and tools that will guide data definition, integrity, accuracy and use of data in the University’s student records system.
Work is ongoing with many stakeholders, project teams and the Student Administration System User Group (SASUG) to ensure that data policies, procedures and governance is consistently applied. Further updates will be provided here as projects progress.
If you require a change request which includes a data component, please submit an SRS Change Request which will be reviewed by the Data Governance Officer and ITD.
