Orla Lenihan, Department of Accounting and Finance, is this year’s joint winner of the UL Excellence in Teaching Award.

This award is given every year to the UL academic who has most clearly demonstrated outstanding commitment to teaching, and to fostering our graduate attributes in effective and innovative ways through their teaching. The award system involves a detailed, intensive evaluation of the impact that teaching has had and is one of the most important accolades that UL bestows each year.
