O’Neill Harte is a Senior Project Manager at Dell, managing cross site projects. He has a particular interest in the area of Knowledge and Information Management and will provide an industry perspective on this, starting with a high level overview of what it means in the context of Dell. He will then outline the approaches that Dell uses, and explore issues relating to ISO Audits, Silo’s, and M&A activities. He will also look at the latest Dell tools used to capture, manage, store and share knowledge within the organisation.
